Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior AI Engineer with at least 3 years of experience in AI/ML development. You will help design, build, and optimize AI systems that power content generation, recommendation engines, and automation across Xavvi’s platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and fine-tune AI/ML models for content generation, personalization, and recommendation.
  • Collaborate with backend and frontend teams to integrate AI features into live products.
  • Analyze system performance and suggest optimizations.
  • Maintain and update training datasets.
  • Research and experiment with emerging AI tools, frameworks, and APIs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years professional experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, etc.).
  • Strong Python skills and familiarity with TypeScript/JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or recommender systems.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Bonus: experience with blockchain or Web3 integrations.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Graphic Designer fluent in English and Chinese to join our creative team. The role involves designing visual assets for campaigns, events, and digital platforms, ensuring cultural relevance and high impact for global audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Design social media graphics, event materials, and product branding assets.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to deliver visuals aligned with Xavvi’s brand identity.
  • Create bilingual (English/Chinese) content for campaigns, websites, and presentations.
  • Adapt global campaigns for the Chinese market and vice versa.
  • Collaborate with influencers and partner brands on creative direction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
  • Fluency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken).
  • 2–5 years of professional design experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Figma.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media, and campaign design.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural team.
