Meta User Data Deletion — Instructions

If you connected a Facebook Page, Instagram, Threads, Messenger, or WhatsApp account to our tool and want us to delete your data, use one of the options below.
Option 1 — Disconnect in app (fastest)
- Log in to https://postiz.xavvi.com.
- Go to Settings → Integrations.
- Find the connected Meta channel and click Disconnect.
- Choose Delete data if prompted. This removes tokens/schedules and starts deletion of associated items stored by us.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
Email privacy@xavvi.com with subject “Meta Data Deletion” from the email tied to your workspace. Include:
- Your workspace name
- The Page/IG/Threads/Messenger/WhatsApp account to remove
- Whether you want history purged (see retention in the Privacy Policy)
We will verify and respond within 30 days.
Option 3 — Data deletion callback (from Meta)
If your request starts in Meta settings, Meta may send us a signed request to our endpoint (e.g., https://api.xavvi.com/meta/data-deletion
). We verify the signature, delete/pseudonymize relevant Platform Data, and return a receipt.
